Before and after
The core value is removing chaos from everyday residential management
Before Wires Home
- Requests get lost in chats and calls
- Work statuses need manual follow-up
- Payments, reports and announcements live separately
- Management lacks a unified view of the building
After launch
- Every request has a clear status and history
- Residents solve everyday tasks from one app
- Management gets requests, payments, reports and analytics in one workflow
- The platform can move to new properties without rebuilding the product
Solution
We built Wires Home as a ready PropTech platform for residents, management companies and HOAs. Residents pay for services, call technicians, submit requests, vote and control building devices, while managers work with requests, statuses, reports and analytics in a dedicated dashboard.
Wires Home can be deployed for one complex or an entire network of properties
Interface
Real screens built around daily workflows
01 · Home screen
Every building service opens from one screen
Residents immediately see the amount due, quick access to key services and the latest building events: utility payments, technician calls, financial reports, voting, complaints, the knowledge base and leisure.
- One-tap service payments
- Key building services in one catalogue
- Events, notifications and important announcements
02 · Call a technician
A technician request takes less than a minute
Residents choose the issue type, describe the situation and track the status. Management receives a structured request instead of a chat message and sees the full service history.
- Category, description and contact details in one form
- Clear request processing statuses
- Request history stays in the app
03 · Voting
HOA decisions move into a digital format
Voting helps quickly collect resident opinions on building issues, from organizational decisions to service changes. Results are counted automatically and stay in the history.
- Active and completed votes in one section
- Automatic counting and transparent results
- Protection from duplicate voting
04 · Analytics
AI analytics turns building data into decisions
Management sees payment, request and building activity trends: monthly charts, period and service filters, plus AI prompts instead of manual spreadsheet analysis.
- Billing, payment and activity charts
- Filters by period, service and account
- AI prompts for management decisions

All key building workflows are collected in one platform
How it adapts to regions
The same platform adapts to settlements and districts
Wires Home already works with territories, residents, assets, requests, payments and announcements. When moving from a residential complex to a settlement, the product does not change — only the structure of roles, objects and directories within the ready logic.
Example: a resident sends a request about a house or street, the administration sees it in the dashboard, assigns an owner, responds, publishes announcements and gathers territory analytics.
How the urban model becomes regional
Territory
Residential complexVillage / settlement
The main management object changes from a residential complex to a settlement, while the service logic stays the same.
Internal objects
ApartmentHouse
Instead of apartments, private houses, streets and land plots are connected. The resident profile and service workflows stay the same.
Responsible side
Management companyLocal administration
Instead of a management company, requests, announcements, communications and analytics are handled by the local administration or responsible service.
Value by audience
Every side gets clear value, not just another app
For residents
Residents experience the building as a clear service: pay, submit a request, call a technician, vote, open a device or read an announcement from one app.
- fewer calls and chats
- request statuses are always visible
- payments and building events stay together
For management companies
Management gets a workflow instead of fragmented channels: requests, payments, complaints, suggestions, notifications and reports are collected in one manageable system.
- workload is visible by property
- owners and statuses are transparent
- reports and analytics support decisions
For developers
Developers can hand over not only square meters, but a ready digital environment for resident service.
- modern service builds trust
- service launch is faster
- one standard for new properties
For local administrations
The same logic works for settlements and districts: residents send requests and receive news, while administration sees the full territorial picture.
- official request channel
- territory-wide announcements and voting
- clear issue statistics

Growth potential
After launch, the platform can grow together with the property
First, Wires Home covers the core building processes; then additional services can grow around them: payments, technicians, smart devices and local partnerships.
Subscription for management companies and HOAs
Management teams get access to the dashboard, requests, reports, announcements and property analytics.
Payment commission
Utility payments, service fees and recurring charges pass through the platform.
Paid technician services
Plumber, electrician, cleaning and other specialist requests can grow into a separate service stream.
Smart devices
Intercoms, gates, cameras, meters and sensors increase the platform value for every property.
Fintech services
Autopay, insurance and financial products can become part of the resident's daily workflow.
Local partnerships
Delivery, household services, internet, telecoms and local businesses get a clear channel to a building or settlement audience.
Ads in announcements
Local placements can appear inside news, announcements and service sections of the platform.
Result
Wires Home became a ready digital infrastructure for residential life: one app replaces chats, calls and paper processes, management teams receive a structured flow of requests and reports, and the platform scales from one complex to settlements and regions with almost no rework.
